Visitors pick a county and city, enter a home price and toggle the homestead exemption; the widget shows the estimated annual and monthly property tax for a buyer after purchase. It covers 40 tax districts in 8 counties (Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Forsyth, Clayton, Cherokee, Henry) and uses the same itemized millage data as the full calculator, so rates update automatically. Each result shows its rate year; rates from secondary sources or not yet verified against official tables are marked ★.
